Vale of Belvoir Dairies

The Vale of Belvoir is famed for its cheese production, particularly the village dairies in the West of the Vale who produce Stilton. The cheeses produced by the different dairies have their own style and everyone has their personal favourite so we would encourage you to experiment.

To supply these dairies and creameries there are many dairy farms and many thousands of acres of grass for them to graze.
